Tank Cleaning Developments Retract-A-Ball units have been specifically designed to achieve fast effective cleaning of all equipment used in the production process. This could include Ductwork, Vent Lines, Cyclones and many other applications where access is impractical.

The units can be permanently mounted and are fully sealed during production but can be deployed automatically during the Cleaning Cycle.

Due to the stringent hygiene standards required today our Retract-A-Ball units have been developed with a unique telescopic system which greatly reduces the wetted internal surface area and allows total self draining of the cleaning media before the unit closes. This ensures that no media can contaminate the product once the CIP cycle has completed. This is achieved by operating the spray stem pneumatically so that it can be held open while the media either drains forwards or backwards.

Due to the telescopic system the small central bore can be purged with air to remove any last traces of moisture.
